Economic Indicators Report

This monthly report provides an snapshot of the District’s economy by analyzing trends in wages and employment, consumer price indices, housing market indicators, gross domestic product, and District revenues. Each indicator is presented with a description of what is being measured, information on how to interpret the data, and context on the importance of the indicator. Key takeaways for each month are also provided that put each month’s trends into the broader context of the District’s economy.
