Spending Notices

The Office of the Budget Director receives notices from the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) on certain executive actions, including contingency cash spending and use of Non-Departmental Funds budget authority, among others. Beginning in January 2023, those notices will be uploaded in the database below.

The OCFO also publishes on its website quarterly reports on emergency and contingency cash reserves and budget reprogrammings.
